Membership is available to individuals of all ages, subject to a suitability assessment.
A completed registration form and any relevant support information must be provided before attending.
Membership is non-transferable.

Members are encouraged to book sessions in advance.
Sessions are subject to availability.
If unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to allow another member to use the session.

Sensory Funzone is a social and recreational community space and does not provide clinical or therapeutic services.
Participants requiring one-to-one support should attend with their support worker, family member, or carer where appropriate.
Members must disclose any information relevant to their safety and participation.

Members are expected to treat others, staff, and equipment with respect.
Behaviour that places others at risk or significantly disrupts the safety or wellbeing of the community may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
Parents, carers, and support workers remain responsible for the participant’s medical information and emergency contacts.

While reasonable care is taken to maintain a safe environment, participation in activities is at the member’s own risk.
Any damage caused through deliberate misuse may incur repair or replacement costs.

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes only with prior consent.
Members may opt out at any time.

Membership terms, fees, and operating hours may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least 7 business days’ written notice before their next scheduled payment. If notice is received less than 7 business days before the next payment is due, the upcoming payment may still be processed, and the cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Founder Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only while the membership remains active.
