Invoicing and Payment

For out of pocket booking, Invoice will be generated and sent you immedietley. For NDIS funding, Please contact our team if you are interested in using NDIS funding. With your permission, we can communicate with your plan manager to help organise the invoicing process.

Funding cannot be guaranteed, as eligibility depends on the participant’s individual NDIS plan, goals and available funding.

Is Sensory Funzone accessible?

Yes. Sensory Funzone is designed to be welcoming and accessible. If your child has specific mobility, or accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can help you prepare for the visit.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change.

•⁠ ⁠Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
•⁠ ⁠Refund requests require at least seven days’ notice.
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions are non-refundable.

Please contact our team as early as possible if you need to make a change.

Does my child need to be supervised?

Yes. Every child must attend with a parent, guardian or support worker who remains present and responsible for their supervision throughout the entire session.

Sensory Funzone provides access to the sensory and activity spaces but does not provide personal care, one-to-one support or substitute supervision.
